Alexa Hampton took over Mark Hampton Inc. in 1998 after her father's death and has run it for nearly three decades, working with collectors and old-guard New York families. She designs furniture for Hickory Chair, fabrics for Kravet, and lighting for Visual Comfort. She has published three books on classical decoration.
